Nice find, OP! This is a solid option if you don’t have a Costco membership to grab the Kirkland ones when they go on sale.

Mobil 1 is a higher tier than just "Mobil"
For a normal car, any oil is good as long as you change it regularly.

facts
if you just go by a 5000km oil change interval pretty much any synthetic oil you can get on sale thats proper spec for your car will be completely fine and help extend the life of your car's engine. Never go by the automatic "Oil Health" level thing in most cars nowadays - those things push the intervals to like 8000kms sometimes even 10000kms before it will alert you to do an oil change.
If you want your motor to touch 300,000kms and beyond, do your regular oil / filter changes every 5000kms

It's 5 quarts. Different brands are sold as 5L jugs (pennzoil, partsource pro-series)

Isn't 5000km oil change interval the standard of dyno oil age? I understand it's inexpensive and always good to change oil more often, but 5000km is probably overkill for modern engine and oil, unless you do a lot of idling or drive in traffic jam everyday. My car calls for 16k km oil change, I do it every 10k km.

I believe that you’re correct and that there’s used oil analyses to support that. I do the same as you; 10k or 1 year. Even with fairly high annual mileage it’ll take a few years to get to 2-300k km and that’s totally possible on the extended oil change intervals; by then most people are looking at costly repairs that are difficult to justify and rust.
